How do credits work?
AI features use credits: for example 1 per invoice, 1 per statement page, 1 per 25 translated cells. New accounts get free credits on first use, plans include a monthly allowance, and packs top you up. Failed requests are refunded automatically.
Who handles payments?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. It handles tax, invoices and refunds; we never see card numbers.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, any time from Manage billing in the add-on. Seasonal users can pause instead of cancelling.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We use Google's Gemini models on paid terms, and we don't use your data to train models.
